April 17th, 2017 - Welcome to 28 Trained Partners in our Global Network

Last week a new era began at GAIA Insights: 28 individuals graduated from our first virtual onboarding program for new program mentors. Spread across 15 countries on 6 continents, our pool of partners is expanding constantly to ensure that we can serve our clients around the globe. Graduates passed an intense 8-week training period, including weekly webinars, social learning facilitated through an online platform and numerous practice assignments, both individually and in teams. The goal is for future program mentors to experience what ASPIRE feels like for participants as well as to understand the nuts and bolts of designing and delivering GAIA Insights learning journeys. Our unique program architecture and innovative approach to leadership development is one-of-a-kind. Thank you to our many network partners for their commitment, dedication and enthusiasm!


March 21st, 2017 - Just when we thought it couldn't get any better...

For the past years we've been carefully monitoring the feedback ratings we received for each program we run. Much to our delight, our surveys have shown a steady increase, especially across the past few modules. Measuring impact on a scale from 1 to 10, we started out pretty high with ratings typically ranging from 8.6 to 8.9 in 2013 and 2014. Since 2015, we managed to move the needle to 9.0 and above. In fact, for the past 5 live modules ratings climbed digit by digit to a whopping 9.6 this month! Participants are actually suggesting that we should extend our scale to 12 in order to leave room and climb even higher. Recently, we also started to survey former participants who graduated from an ASPIRE program in the past. 100% identified that our program had a significant impact on them both professionally and personally. The impact itself was rated at 81% which is a tremendous result that proves our learning sticks. We are proud of delivering top quality to our clients around the world, who entrust us with their top talents to develop them from good to great. Apparently, we know how to move the needle and make a difference.

February 18th, 2017 - Returning from the Jungle...

Once again, we just returned from a successful program week, this time in Central America. While our ASPIRE programs are largely built around a virtual learning journey, a holistic development experience always includes a number of live modules as well. This time, we took participants to the rainforest in Costa Rica to learn about Influencing and Negotiating, Team Dynamics, Strategic Agility, and Political Intelligence. In addition to experiential workshops and an exciting outdoor activity, we also used a business simulation to play DiG, a leadership game developed by INSEAD, that helps learners transfer their newly acquired knowledge straight into business. Why we had to go all the way to Central America for this? Because throughout each ASPIRE learning journey, we like to expose our program participants to many different environments, so they can flex their resilience muscle and adjust to new settings, practice adaptability and deal with ambiguity. Besides, where else could you observe a sloth crawling through the grass only an armlength away? A participant rating of 9.4 out of 10 proves that the week was worth it!

December 20th, 2016 - Here We Come 2017!

As 2016 is coming to an end, we look back at an amazing year. A year, that will probably go down in our company history as the year that marks GAIA Insights' transition from a small to a midsize organization. Five years after being founded, we are serving Fortune 500 clients, achieving 7-digit sales revenue and have grown into a global network of coaches and expert partners. Working with hundreds of program participants around the world, our innovative approach to leadership development doesn't go unnoticed - just recently we won two major accounts in very competitive biddings against very reputable vendors and business schools. So soon we will deliver two brand-new ASPIRE learning journeys, one dedicated to accelerating early talent development at a multinational in the pharmaceutical industry and one specifically designed to increase female leadership at senior executive level. As our offering becomes more refined, we have also taken some time this year to sharpen our service portfolio by creating four distinct brands: ASPIRE, IMPACT, GOLD and NEXTGEN. Next year we are going to reveal more details, so stay tuned and watch this space for more news!


October 20th, 2016 - Supporting Road Safety in Vietnam

We are proud of our client APM Terminals for supporting Road Safety in Vietnam. A study commissioned by APM Terminals and conducted by AIP Foundation, a road safety nonprofit, found that even though most students in the port community of Cai Mep in southern Vietnam commuted to school by motorcycle, only 35% of students at Tran Quoc Toan Primary School and 19% of students at Toc Tien Primary School wore helmets, despite road dangers such as mixed vehicle use roads and lack of separate motorcycle lanes. To support road safety in the region, APM Terminals took the participants of one of our leadership development programs to Vietnam, working with AIP Foundation. Participants spent a week on the ground, collaborating with the NGO on a number of projects, ranging from strategic positioning to community engagement. What an unforgettable moment to teach Vietnamese school children how to wear a helmet!

June 24th, 2016 - A License To Change

June 3rd, 2016 - Standing Ovations For Our Program Graduates

When was the last time your Executive Board gave a standing ovation to Gen Y talent?
Yesterday, we celebrated the graduation of a program we run for one of our clients, global port terminal operator APM Terminals. 19 participants representing 16 nationalities from across the world completed an 18-month accelerated leadership program designed and executed by GAIA Insights. Graduates presented to the company's Senior Management Team the outcome of five real-life business projects they had been working on for the duration of one year as part of the program and what each of them had learned during their individual development journey. The tangible results of productivity gains and business development opportunities as well as the depth of the graduates' personal growth impressed the senior leaders to the extent that they gave them a standing ovation at the end of the graduation ceremony. At GAIA Insights, we are proud of having engineered what participants' call a "life changing experience".

April 28th, 2016 - Generational Awareness and The Power of Innovation

This month's highlight were our assignments for two high-profile clients in Eastern Europe, one global bank and one of the "Big Four" audit firms. The financial institution realized that generational intelligence is key to improve employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration and thus productivity. After having taken their senior leadership team through a Generational Awareness session last year, we now rolled out an interactive workshop series to 92 managers across the organization. The "Big Four" client focused on another key topic - The Power of Innovation. 500 employees of an entire country organization gathered for an all staff meeting to learn about the innovator's DNA and to playfully practice a diverse range of creativity skills. This workshop was delivered in cooperation with our partners at Good Morning Creativity.
